my understanding is NS is down but Capcom doesnt want the blood and gore. fuck that imagine how awesome and shin shoryken would look from ryu completely shattering Luke Cage ribs and then watching his head get completely ripped from his collarbone and go flying up in the air off screen while his decapated body falls lifeless to its knees and ryu does one of his classic win poses as the head finally hits the ground im just saying you can definitely stylize SF moves and make them just as brutal --- buss on life ...
