i live in a luxury condo, and you need to go through the control panel in front to talk to someone that manages the door entry virtually (they do this for multiple buildings) literally all you have to do is go up to the control panel next to door, hit "call" and tell them you're with ups/fedex/etc and they'll open the door remotely but some drivers are so lazy, once they see they can't open the door to the building on their own, they'll just mark as it as a delivery attempt and leave like i wanted my stuff today, now i have to wait all the way until monday... --- http://i.imgur.com/QPgN9 ...
