Folders on PS5 are completely incompetent and does nothing to help you organize and structure your game collection.

On the PSN Store on PS4 you can see how many titles are in a sales listing and the scroll indicator is viewable against the background. On PS5 they don't tell you how many games you're scrolling through and scroll indicator is tiny and often blends in with the background. Best thing I can say is the PS5 store loads better.

Yeah, the store in general is garbage on ps5. Using your phone to browse it is a much better experience

This is true, but despite being worse, I still found the PS4 interface usable without major inconvenience. The same is not true for PS5.

Sony is terrible at interfaces. I dont understand why.

Also the listings on the store don't have a dedicated sidebox for their titles, so you have to discern it from the cover image, which is often stylized and not clear, or wait for the title to scroll by in the tiny image box. It's so much easier to just rush thought a title listing on PS4 because of the sidebox with the titles.
