Unfortunately, many people are prone to fake news. They lose touch with reality and become radicalized when consuming too much of it. Hate speech and insults directed at the LGBTQ community, women and jews have increased massively during the last years. Social media must be better regulated. Users must be better protected. Harassments or worse should have consequences in real life. Why? Because the more people radicalize themselves in social media, the more it affects me in real life, too.
