I'm torn - I don't want to see City win the league again because nobody likes City, but I'm also massively enjoying the absolute bottle-job at Arsenal right now.

What I love about tonight's result is that now, if the Saints grab a win midweek and Leicester beat Leeds (who are imploding like hell), then we're back to the bottom four all being on the same points again (assuming - safely, I'd have thought - that Everton lose to Newcastle and Brighton beat Forest).

With only 6/7 games to go, this is by far the tightest relegation battle I can remember. There's usually at least one team written off by now.

Next season would definitely be poorer for not having the Merseyside Derby.

The way they've played the last few years, they've definitely been holding on by the skin of their teeth, and you have to wonder whether this is where that luck runs out. The possibility of Everton not being in the top flight somehow manages to feel both unthinkable and inevitable at the same time.

This is a lose lose situation as a United fan.

But maybe city winning is better because nobody really cares about them. Arsenal is a proper rival. Hopefully, one day it'll be back to us, Liverpool and arsenal fighting for the league.

I knew this was coming. The thing about Arsenal was that they looked clean and didn't have much other tournaments they were in. They were gonna be in better shape than the other top teams, and that's why they've looked better than they actually were imo. Very few of them have international obligations, too.

But once they get tested against teams in good form, they lose like they did. City by comparison would just crush teams while staying on nearly every competition, except to Spurs on Away, which is just inevitable

City have played two games fewer than Arsenal, and they play each other on Wednesday.

Arsenal have crumbled ever since being out of Europa and having no cup games though

Yeah, and I'm saying that they're pretty rested and have looked better than they actually are. Sadly City are just a better team than Arsenal, and slip ups like this from Arsenal are fatal
