I'm about to turn 30 with absolutely nothing to show for it, with zero prospects or hopes for the future. I'm unable to enjoy most things and due to previous trauma can't even enjoy things like companionship, love and intimacy. With my anxiety issues I barely feel comfortable and content. I'm always terrified and feeling unsafe.

Because of how bad my financial situation is, and how I can't afford to get a lot of health concerns checked out let alone treated, I can't even make any goals for myself as I can't afford to live independently, can't find a decent job, and nothing makes me feel joy or excitement anymore. The fact that I'm not compatible with friendships/relationships means I'm obviously going to be alone in the future, so the only tangible future plans I have are somehow being able to afford to live alone, and then spending my life just wasting away in front of screens.

This shit sucks. I'm turning 30 and I really don't know what to do. Everything's getting worse and I'm only getting older. I'm now becoming extremely self conscious about my age.

Just go on welfare and become a NEET

At 30 I went from my dream job in radio to going back to construction after a corporation bought out the station I worked at and lied to us all and then fired us all 89 days later. Then I almost died from diverticulitis at 32 and had zero income for over a year and bounced back health wise eventually. Then I left construction and started a new career in Healthcare at 40.

Life is what you make of it. Don't get hung up on age man.
