Already do. In a 2 story house :3. Ive let others live with me for cheap and even free, but I prefer being alone. Obviously if I had a respectful SO, that would be ideal

Live alone in a house. The main floor is nice and respectable for entertaining. The basement is a shrine to my inner man-child.

I usually have a roommate And that works for me I dont think Id enjoy living by myself

This isn't an option for me. I'm never going to be able to afford to live independently unless I'm somehow given some kind of Section 8 apartment.

I do, and I'm being crushed by the mortgage while my work gives me few hours.

i basically do now cause my roommate is at her boyfriends place 99% of the time. Only seen her once in the last month

I never have before, but I will be soon. Kinda intimidating.

I'm thinking of moving back in with my mother since she's needing more care these days

Nearly two full years, just the cat and I, chilling every evening. I did have a very close friend living a few blocks away so that was nice too. I didnt have a tv in my bedroom and got used to that but my gf sleeps better with one, so now Im back to that ha.

Was living with my gf for the past 3 years, she got a job across the country and already moved out.

Finishing out the lease at this current place before following her and am quite frankly enjoying the bachelor life so far.

I've lived alone for years & it's great.

I dont know if I would prefer it or not, but its weird to think I may never live alone.

had a roommate when I moved out of my parents house. Then got engaged and now have a baby on the way.

so in theory, if everything works out, I could never live alone.

all in all, I do think I would enjoy some aspects but it would probably get lonely.

It took a good while of living alone for the loneliness to hit me. i moved into my house like10 years ago and maybe 2 of those years involved having others live with me. It's been 6 since any of that. I've had a dog for pretty much all of it. That definitely helped, but nothing can replace human interaction imo. Im not saying you gotta be identical to me, just saying I wouldn't be so sure until the longevity is more of a reality. And also, tbf, I still am completely cool with it most the time. It's just Id definitely put up with the annoyances of others to not be alone as much as I am now. That flipped over time. Everything I do alone, I enjoy more with company now. I can't start a movie without being half an hour in like "I should stop and see if blank wants to watch this with me later"

Nah...I'm luck to have a rad SO. Been together 15 years now kinda hard to believe.

Living with others can be hell, so I'd prefer alone to that.

I typically prefer being alone, but I like having someone to talk to every now and then. Thankfully, my grandmother is exactly the same way. We give each other space until we actually have something to talk about. Very little pointless chitchat.

Lived alone nearly 4 years now love it. Never get lonely and rarely have guests. It's only really my Dad and girlfriend who have been in my house more than 5 times.
