A direct adaptation of the original early 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles black and white comic. Though the show doesn't need to be black and white. But maybe it would add to the style.....

But anyway, it would be suited for older viewers. Maybe the people who watched older adaptations as kids. From what I know, the original comic was very violent. They had to tone it down for the first cartoon

I would love this. They could even do black and white at first, and transition at some point to color (with all turtles having Red bandanas at first)

It's Ninja Turtles so of course it would.

But the original comics weren't dark and serious for long, they got into the crazy shit real quick.
