and then you can't find it and can't remember the meeting until right before it starts and it reminds you but your in the middle of a deeding session so you can't join the zoom call with a flushed face.

for me it shows up in my sent items (and of course on the calendar as well)

It's less about the alerts and more about losing the body of the email. I put details and attachments in my calendar invites, but over and over people join the call and are like derp wtf is this about so we spend half the call just recapping what could've been read in two minutes in the email.
