Between the types of videos like this and the numerous videos of Ukranians dropping grenades on Russians (one even showed the dude kill himself afterward), this has got to be the most recorded conflict in history. I don't remember seeing such readily available footage of any other conflict just out there and easy to find on your average morning shit scroll.

Footage is everywhere, it's freaking insane. I'm seeing dronings, I'm seeing people get lit up as a building is being cleared, I'm seeing snipers just have their way with entire groups of soldiers at night, etc etc.

I don't know how anyone could claim this stuff was fake. You have to make an effort to not see it.

I think it's because Richard Engel isn't out there reporting on Nightly News about it, so it's probably more like "duhhh This war is fake because where's the frontline news correspondent?"

it has always been in the ukrainian interest to keep the war in as much public view as possible, so the number of videos lines up with that. the amount of recording coming out of the russian side is what surprises me

Because declaring things "fake" is often more based on "does this fit my preexisting beliefs?" than "is there actually any evidence it's fake?"

I saw it on one of the boards that makes fun of the conspiracy subreddit, but the conspiracy post was deleted because people were making fun of them I think. It's kind of "one guy on twitter" but the fact that there's even one person like this is weird. There's posts about not seeing stuff on certain social media so that means it's fake. One guy thinks it's a film set. One guy thinks Hunter Biden is a nazi spy who started the war.
