Nintendo saw that Microsoft and Sony have $70 games in their libraries and thought "if it's good enough for them then it's good enough for us." --- Surely if I stick up for rich people on the Internet I'll eventually get a sweet job offer from them, right? ... Copied to Clipboard!

I don't really care if paying more means getting better products. But when a $70 game is still going to be hamstrung by microtransactions out the butt and barely bugtested like $60 games are then that's a bad value. But further than that $70 for a Switch game is pretty obscene. $70 games on other platforms at least comes with the assurance you're getting next-generation performance. Meanwhile the Switch is still pushing Xbox 360 performance like it's 2008. It has good games in spite of that but I hate the idea of paying PS5 prices for a game that barely pulls ahead of what you might get on the Wii U. --- Surely if I stick up for rich people on the Internet I'll eventually get a sweet job offer from them, right? ...
