Apparently it has been there for 3 days and I googled it and cats cant live more than 3 days without water. Here is pic of it. Are you sure it doesn't live in an apartment and the owner lets it out? Some people do that in buildings. In both my previous building and the one I am in now, I have experienced this. In my current building, almost every day if I go out at a certain time, I'll see a neighbor's cat chilling in the hall ... Copied to Clipboard!
