They could have invited mom to the birthday party It wasn't a real birthday party though. And its not like calling them her family means that they are more family than their mother. We don't see it but its possible that she goes between her dad and her mom/step dad. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Nothing happened to Cassie's mom, she just didn't happen to be around for this relatively short adventure. Also would love any evidence that she treats the Pyms more as family than her own mother, because that's something you just kind of made up for some reason. ... Copied to Clipboard!

She did call Hank Grandpa, which I thought was a little weird if Scott and Hope aren't married. Even if they are she only knew them since Endgame so that relationship dies feel a little rushed. I'm not sure how much time passed between Endgame and this movie though. Probably a substantial amount though, since Scott wrote and published his book and it had time to become popular. ...
