You have a 3x3 grid of lights, each of which can be in one of two states: on or off. Initially, all the lights are off. Each move you can toggle the state (from on to off, or from off to on) of a light, as well as the states of all the adjacent lights (above, below, left, and right) to that light.

Your goal is to turn on all the lights. Is it possible to do so? If yes, show how. If no, explain why not.
