Knowing Nintendo they're going to try another(and probably awful) gimmick and it'll be like the Wii to Wii U in terms of sales drops. The smart thing to do is to just make a stronger, better Switch and release it as the Switch 2, but you never know with Nintendo. That said, with the heads of the company now being more corporate-minded than Iwata was--for better or for worse--I feel that they may be more inclined to go with the Switch 2 upgrade. --- Eat the rich Destroy the GOP ... Wii u was fine, dude.No. I did like it, but Nintendo fucked up with it's marketing by not making it clear enough that it was a new console and not a Wii add-on, still tried to court the casual audience early on when it mattered most for console attention despite said audience having since moved on to smartphones, and the Wii U's architecture and lack of power and storage space left it unattractive to big third party studios who's rather release their games on PS4 and XboxOne. --- Eat the rich Destroy the GOP ...
