my voice sounds cool when it's early and my vocal chords aren't warmed up. it's all bassy. but then i turn into steve urkel later in the day and if i want to sound good i have to do it on purpose and not emote naturally.

Lol made this topic cos I was recording my cat but I accidentally spoke while doing it and then i watched the recording and died of cringe from my voice and instantly deleted it

I wonder if the reason guys smoke is to have a deep gravelly voice. Because I have a higher pitched nasally voice and there's no way I'm gonna attract any woman with it.

Ya mine sucks too. In college public speaking class 25% of our grade was watching our own speeches and I just took the L cuz no way I could make it through them

Thats pretty normal, our voices sound different to us in our own heads than what they sound like to everybody else so it seems wrong when we hear it in a recording.

I have off times where I fumble my words but I just hate how I sound even at my best
I'm just OK with it when I talk physically but put it on a recorder and I hate it.
