I had my workload mastered and automated, I did 10 hours of work a week max...but it was 50% in the office (2-3 days a week in the office). So I transferred to a division that was 20% in the office (1 day a week) My first week at the new place they immediately announced they were changing the WFH schedule to 40% (2 days in the office a week) --- http://i.imgur.com/QPgN9 ...
