Doubt there is enough Jamaican population in most places to keep a place fully staffed cause I doubt even if there was enough not all of them are gonna work there. I remember being surprised to find out a local Asian place was mostly Hispanics in the kitchen. The Asians where just the front line staff. To be fair it worked. From a distance you couldn't really tell they wherent Asian. --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ... Copied to Clipboard!
