I thought it was too predictable and dull. Even the ending wasn't that exciting. Stories about AI are more fun when they aren't all murderers in the end.

There were too many plot things. I wont spoil anything but it seemed they had to set up the ending to happen. Like all these things had to go a certain way for that to work and even then it seems unlikely....

just finished it. Loved it! I think I liked annihilation more, but this one was really good.
