It will probably happen gradually and may take generations of sending arks to other planets, but it will probably happen. Eventually we all know the Earth will become uninhabitable when the Sun becomes a red giant. They may even start going much sooner because of other unpredictable events. However, eventually they must all leave before the Earth becomes too uninhabitable. And when they do, they'll build an "Ark" that can house many different species of flora and fauna. Why wouldn't they right? They wouldn't leave the animals and plants here to die. It'll be like the space version of Noah's Ark.

there is already a project to store the DNA of Earth's animals and plants on the Moon. That way, if something bad happens to Earth, the information can be retrieved from the Moon site

Unless we figure out Faster Than Light travel, the people on the ark will not see the destination. Many generations of humans will be born, live their entire lives, and die, on the ark. Hopefully the arks are decent and not just really shitty environments

Ideally, the ark would have sections of the ship that are set up like natural environments. Where the animals woukd live. Like imagine a forest on a space ship. The ark would probably be as big as a city at least. Like picture the size of NYC, flying through space

Humans will have evolved to something totally different by then probably something that isnt even psychical/3D. We will be light bodies by then.

We can right now, need to build a main combustable core contained with harnessed quartz components that are shelled by cathode tubes. Suppressed by a hydrologic cooling capacitor as to not overload the intensity from the energy mechanics being overdriven.

Sun will become a red giant in about 6 billion years. But Earth will he uninhabitable much sooner than that, simply due to the Sun slowly becoming hotter. Possibly as soon as 300 million years.

Of course with the exponential leaps in technology that we make, we could find solutions to this. Like finding ways to move
the Earth farther from the Sun as it continues to heat up, thus negating the issue.

You know what? I have completely overestimated the trajectory. With the way technology has been developing at increasingly exponential speeds, we could probably have the capability to build these Arks within a few hundred years. Forget a million years lol.

Also, there will probably be two kinds of people: The ones that want to leave Earth and the ones that don't want to leave. The ones that leave will end up populating the galaxy and they will eventually, over generations, will become a different/new type of human.
