It impressed many people but IMO he was still not ready for pro. During his rookie training sessions he was being torched by D-Wade. It wasn't until his second year where he truly transformed into his hype. --- Don't like it? Don't watch it. For win shares, he was between Jason Richardson and Jason Terry. His VORP was right around All Stars from that year in Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.
