I need proof that I quit my job last September, but I have no way up to the store I worked at anymore, lacking a vehicle, and the public transport we have doesn't go that far. I need it for EBT purposes, so it's really fucking important that I find some kind of proof.

Did you get paystubs online before? If not, youre probably shit out of luck. If so, pray you still have access to the site. I dont think there is a law in the US that says pay stubs need to be available online. Youre probably gonna end up needing to get in contact with your former employer.

You can try contacting your old employers HR department. They may have your pay stubs on file from then and email them to you.
