I have ordered a few times on Ebay in the past but this is the first time this ever happened. The seller seemed to have good reviews like no negative ones he has sold a lot. So I ordered and today the package arrived it was super light I opened it and it was just paper like wrapping paper inside and thats it. so update seller has messaged 3 times in a row urging me to go to make a complaint claim to the shipping company about the order. Every time I tell him its his responsibility and he needs to do that he just says I need to be the one to do this. Now is he technically right or no? This is getting so annoying wtf. ...
