SrRd_RacinG 03/22/23 7:10:28 PM #6:	Unfortunately, interactions (whether for better or worse) with employees makes people believe an entire company and all its employees are the same. Target has a good reputation online, whereas Walmart might have a different reputation. Every interaction is a unique experience and many people run across unpleasant employees and certainly employees deal with unruly customers. I think people want to vent and also spite the company by telling others of their poor experience. Either way, it's unhealthy.
