You climb up the fence to take a peak on what could be outside your backyard and you notice a tent. By that tent are cooking equipment and a place to hang up laundry. You hear some voices and notice there's more tents nearby and you accidentally make eye contact with people that have been living in tents behind your backyard as well as the backyards of your neighbors.
