They're likely looking at a max of 20 years for the obstruction charge, but most of the people convicted of obstruction have been sentenced to about 5 years because of the sentencing guidelines. However, the vast majority of those were people who were charged as if they were acting individually to obstruct the certification. We'll have to see if it's treated any differently with the conspiracy to obstruct charge.
