Im at work so I dont really have time to Google articles and read through them to find the answer. I do have time to type up a quick GFaqs topic and check it periodically. This was something I always wondered about. It would make since they Japan would hate us. I guess its no a surprise but at the same time, it seems that most areas that lose a war arent rebuilt with help from the victor. That is my assumption anyway.
