Do they track ship launched x cruise missiles with x est kills/casualties or planes that launched their attack from the ship?

I would have to assume so.
There are a lot of Bubbleheads around here.
I'm pretty sure they are not training people on Nukes just for fun.

yea you can find it on the wikipedia pages for old ships.

in the national WW2 museum there is a room dedicated to the US Pennsylvania that is literally just recorded kills.

it's common in museums.

keep in mind, they don't track human deaths (in public). it's about ships destroyed, planes downed, etc.
