I've heard It Takes Two is really good, although I have not personally played it

She isnt super into shooters, but Ill probably give Horde mode GoW a try for nostalgia sake

Definitely this. And if your friend has Gamepass Ultimate, I'd also recommend Unravel 2. My girlfriend and I had fun playing that together

We have portal on switch already, not sure if thats on gamepass but figured Id mention it

also, it isn't on gamepass anymore, but goes on sale a lot; spiritfarer

honestly the best game on there until they took it off. also player 2 gets to be a cat.

Spacelines from the Far Out (this one's really fun but once you beat it, you're pretty much done. Takes about 4 hours to beat)
Overcooked games if they're still on there
Stardew Valley
TMNT Shredders Revenge
Moving Out (if that's still on there)
Escape Academy (not the best, worth a go though)

Me and my fiance play co-op games all the time on Gamepass. Our favorite that they've had was Children of Morta but I think they've since removed it.
