ARR has shitty pacing but StB has shitty pacing and a disjointed plot that feels like it was meant to be two different expansions. StB also has the misfortune of introducing one of the worst characters in the series. I honestly thought stormblood was fine if ended with the final fight with ~~zenos killing himself.
