I wish I lived in a state or country that didnt have it but I do. And I like my current sleep pattern it sucks I have to be prepared to change it soon.

Why is this still a thing. Didn't the Senate bipartisanly put forward a bill to stop this godforsaken ritual? Why the fuck did the House not pass it? Get your shit together.

As far as I know, this will be the last time we have to adjust the clocks. It's over after this.

My life isnt based around how much daylight there is though. I wake up 7am every day. With clocks moving forward one hour my usual wake up time is now 8am so I have to sleep earlier to wake up at my usual time.

Not quite, it passed the senate but stalled in the house where it expired without passing

No. The House literally never even brought a the unanimously approved Senate bill to a vote. So it never became law.

I get I may have made an error around one word. This topic is meant to be about your sleep schedule being changed. This topic is a bit early so I get people may try to derail it but more people will probably bring up this same conversation im trying to bring up when it is Sunday.

Unless you work on Sunday mornings (which many people do, including myself for several years during my last job), you're not "losing" anything. If you need to sleep for 7 hours, you go to bed one hour earlier on ONE NIGHT and then adjust.

Every year we get these topics where people can't cope with a one hour difference

I feel your pain TC. Throws my whole sleep schedule off and maybe a month ago I finally got used to time change in October. Fna. Gonna be hell.

It's obviously easy to plan around. It just doesn't need to happen anymore. It's a dumb inconvenience that the majority of Americans don't like.
