It should be a life in prison sentence to reciever user data as police without a warrant. And life in prison for higher ups who order/give it out or wrote the policies allowing so as well. But with the laws some states have on the books, they can get a warrant for abortion cases anyway. People who say they have nothing to hide and think there is such a thing as too much privacy haven't thought much about the state of the world or what not having privacy would actually mean if they were ever targeted by the government, the police, their employer, or some private group. People take it for granted that nobody cares or sees what they do online as long as they aren't "bad", failing to take into account abortion, trans rights, the coming attacks on contraceptives and homosexuality, and who the hell knows what else. --- Cuteness is justice!
