Looks like Nioh (Sekiro edition). So if you didn't have enough with Nioh 1 & 2 & FF edition...go for it. Also, just try the demo

That's pretty much it. I've been playing it on gamepass, only 2 hours or so in, but it feels like Nioh but with Sekiro combat. There's a big emphasis on parrying, but the window is huge and parry is also the dodge button. I'm bad at parrying, but I just think of it as a dodge (timing wise) and that makes it much easier for me.

Also it's very hard so far. I spent at least half of my playtime on the first boss.

Nice. I like Nioh, but never finished the second. So, I probably would just play that if I get the urge.

I played it for a while, feels like a lesser Nioh to me. Its not bad , but Nioh 2 does everything better than this game.

its kinda easy. Bought it on steam after demoing it for an...extended time. Hasn't taken me more than 2 attempts for any of the bosses because of the counter window the size of the atlantic ocean

I played the demo and while I liked it, I don't really think calling it Sekiro Nioh is fair. It's too far from Nioh to serve as a substitute for me. The weapon play is completely different and that's one of the ways Nioh really set itself apart from other games for me. The combat has an entirely different flow due tot he parry system, and the vertical exploration doesn't even exist in Nioh and I kind of wish it didn't in Wo Long either cause I found it pretty bad.

Tbf. Nioh is compared to Souls and comparing Sekiro to this would work because Sekiro also feels the most different from the average Souls game. So, it's just Nioh still copying the From Soft format by switching it up to parrying.

Gameplay is nothing like NIOH.
It is much simpler.

I still love it. Probably wont put hundreds of hours into this one though.

Nioh is more than it's gameplay tho. The little I played of the demo, it felt like I was still in Nioh universe.

Having fun so far but I did to stupidly sometimes lol. I haven't gotten a full understanding of all the combat yet, especially the elemental chaining system. And my build/stats is so random lol.

I'm also kinda mad that my favorite weapon is a damn stick lol. But it's so fast and generates spirit greatly

From what I played of the demo my favourites was the spear and the combat rod. The spear more than any other weapon really made me feel like I was playing a character in a wuxia movie.

I tried out the hammer you get from the first boss, but really, I don't see myself ever using a slow weapon in the game.
