I find girls easier to relate to.

And to hook up with.

A lot of my friends are women. I work in a female dominated profession though, which I think is a factor.

It was the same thing for me in my profession. I worked as an elementary teacher for 11 years, and it was like 90% female coworkers. People outside of the education system don't understand what it's like to work in that field, so I ended up becoming friends with a lot of them to vent about it.

Yeah, Im a primary teacher too.

In several of the places Ive worked, the only other male staff member was the caretaker.

Yeah, there were two other male teachers at my school, but one was in his 60s and the other was the no nonsense type who seemed like he didn't like to have fun.

I know; I sometimes wish I was a girl---but not in a transgender way---because they seem to have a so much easier time making friends.
