Yep. Theres this dr berg that pops up in my YT algorithm cause I like to watch health related stuff. Dont really watch him, but he made a click baity video stating that not even vegetables should be consumed cause theyre still carbohydrates. Fucking ridiculous when half of those carbs are fiber and youre still talking 5-7 carbs per cup with 1-3 fiber. Probably no downside and only vitamins and other good stuff like oxalates.

And this guy is an actual Dr. Thats why I hate keto. Its kind of a cult for some. As for my self, Im like 60-70% vegan. If I do eat animals its mostly chicken or fish while leaving meat as a once or twice thing per month. I do have a bit of cholesterol issues so thats why. But Im aware that my main enemy is excess, refined carbs.

While this is a thing, the keystone for Americans being fat is the amount we eat. Simple carbs and complex carbs are both great and making grelin and leptin go up, which makes people eat until they're sick.
