No. Basically none of the games after the Dusk series have time limits, and the ones that do have extremely lenient ones. For instance, in Firis you have one year to complete the main plot of the game but one year is so lenient that even when goofing off it is unlikely that you will spend more than half of that. The Arland series has extremely strict ones and the Dusk series is a bit of a mixed bag, but in both cases you can get caught with your pants down if you aren't careful and miss out on an ending. Keep in mind actually beating the game is basically guaranteed, the time limits basically only ever act as a way to gate off certain endings and not as a Game Over flag (though obviously there are a couple of those as well, even if they tend to be in the "the time limit doesn't matter" sort of area).
