It'll have all the features cut out from the original US release (aka character portraits, cut story segments, an NPC committing suicide, and more), new artwork, and an arranged soundtrack

I loved this game >_> It's definitely one of the better mech shooters on the SNES, up there with Front Mission: Gun Hazard. I played it last year and had a ton of fun! There's a ton of varied and fun levels, engaging action, and a great soundtrack. I'm looking forward to it

Also fun fact: The guy who supplied the art for this game is Satoshi Urushihara, best known for being an artist on the Langrisser game series, and artist for such anime and hentai as Plastic Little and Front Innocent >_> He is best known as the "King of Breasts". So of course that gets a plus in my book! The actual graphics during normal gameplay are decent, but the background and cutscenes in the game are really gorgeous for a SNES game

But seriously, check out his hentai Plastic Little from the 90s! It's notable for having some one of the best uses of breasts physics in an anime/hentai. Dude is very passionate about his work and it shows! >___>

I hope not lol. The game is 2 hours long max, but it's very fun and has 2 endings >_>

I played the first game on SNES years ago and loved the BGM for the first level, but I never made it past the second level.

And yes, the 2nd level is really fucking hard or some reason lol. Both the 1st half where you gotta speed through the asteroids and the 2nd half when you're going through the base. iirc the level after that is a little easier

I have this cart and Metal Warriors.

Is Metal Warriors good? I tried to play it but I couldn't really get into it too much unlike Gun Hazard and Cybernator. The intro is pretty awesome looking tho.

I think it plays pretty much like Cybernator

the levels are more open though but it is cool you can get out on foot and switch mechs. I prefer cybernator.

I know it has a fun multiplayer mode where you can duke it out with different mechs

I have the original. Its a fun game, but brutally difficult like most SNES games of the era.

Front Misson: Gun Hazard and Metal Warriors are far better, but FM: GH requires a repro and Metal Warriors requires you to sell your kidneys to acquire it so Cybernator remaining relatively affordable is a plus.
