You're coming home one evening when you see The Joker and Batman having a showdown outside your home. Batman is slapping Joker around like he was soccer player trying to play rugby.

Batman whips out a Baterang and is about to finish Joker off when suddenly before you could spell your name The Joker grabs you in a chokehold and holds you in front of him. Using you as a human shield.

"Do your worst BATBRAIN. Anything you do to me with have to go through this ugly buffoon first!" Joker screams.

"You Fiend!" Batman yells as he lowers his hand. Joker starts laughing verbosely right in your ear.

Unfortunately Victor Zsasz and Mannimarco are committing crimes elsewhere so Batgirl and Robin are tied up fighting them. Giving Batman no back up.

However just when you thought things couldn't get any worse you suddenly feel incredible pain in your left leg as you get shot from out of no where. As you squeal in pain and jerk forward you notice that it was none other than your girlfriend who just shot you from the shadows.

Your agonized squeals and crumbling over gave her a clear shot at The Joker who she nails inbetween the eyes with a perfect shot and then double taps to ensure he is dead once he hits the ground.

After immense blood loss and passing out from the pain, you're left to recover in the hospital. The doctos say you'll recover but will suffer chronic pain and mobility loss in your leg for the rest of your life. Your girlfriend is apologletic but says she did what she thought she had to in the moment to stop The Joker.

Batman's kinda pissed because of the no killing thing but there are no charges as police accept it as self-defense so his hands are tied.

Batman is so stupid. He literally enables Joker. Gotham would be a better place if Batman just grew a pair and put two between Joker's eyes.

I sue her and Batman and the city

I would forgive her, but Batman would have likely beat her to death after she did this.

Batman has a no kill rule but it's also subservient to his "protect Joker at all costs" rule.

The only thing that keeps Batman grounded and different to the Supervillains is the no killing rule

Daredevil has made judgment calls and killed to save lives that were being taken around him immediately. And while he isn't one to kill Bullseye in his sleep, he dropped him off a building and has basically just let him get severely injured multiple times before.

This is why he's a much better character than Batman. He isn't some judicial purist that goes out of his way to protect child killers.

Corrupt government officials and the 1% (no offense Bruce) keep Gotham in perpetual misery.

Just like in real life.

Both Batman and the supervillains just reflect that

"How could you do that?" I scream, my words bouncing off the walls like gale-force winds. "How could you do that to me?" I stand up, my stitches ripping, wounds reopening. I grab her by the shoulders so she pays full attention. "He was the only way for us to get more Joker Fish! Did you think of that? Where are we going to get Giggling Groupers and Happy Haddock now? Vanuatu? They only have regular groupers there!"

Nope, I'm not forgiving that. I've already got more than enough chronic pain, this bitch probably is going to make me get hooked on painkillers because she decided to play vigilante.

I would tell her how proud I am of her for killing him and NOT killing me, would be more angry at Batman for enabling Joker to live so long and not killing him as he costs many people their lives for letting Joker of all people live.

Would see if I could sue Batman for pain and suffering as my woman had to do what his limp dick ass could not put the asshole down for good.

It would not be for him not killing Joker but preventing either the death penalty, or stopping others in the past who tried to kill him as Batman literally allowed a known killer to keep killing through purposely keeping him alive.

Joker has killed so many people because Batman speaks to not have him put to death or literally prevents people from killing him to end a serious threat who will never reform or stop killing which Batman is very aware of.

Other criminals do not cause the same amount of destruction or death either.

You also can't sue someone for stopping someone from murdering someone else O_o

Batman is my girlfriend how does this scenario work.

If it saves my life from the joker than sure, I'm good with it. I'd probably get upset time yo time, but better than dying.

Also gotta see if I can sue batman somehow

Putting aside the difficulties of getting Batman in a courtroom or serving him papers

I still don't get what there is to sue Batman over here
