Really solid movie, only weak part for me was, unfortunately, MODOK. Design wise his face was fine if a bit unpolished, but I didn't like the look of the armor and his behavior did not fit MODOK at all. The final heel turn was out of nowhere and completely unnecessary.

I thought it was really weak overall.

Modok was a shame, and the Conquerer variant got pwned by some ants.

It was pretty funny, that's all I'll give it.

It was my least fav mcu movie in years. Kang saves a bad movie, 6/10

-kang thr big threat got his ass whooped by ants that fell into the quantum realm and aged 1000 years
-Janet should have told hank and the others all those years not to mess with the realm and she held on to the details for too long
-cassie is the perfect human being and super capable despite being 18
-not sure why wasp was even in the title
-it felt like a field trip to the quantum realm. This movie needed a death for one of the family members
-ant man joined the avengers AFTER he had banished yellowjacket to the quantum realm, so the joke doesnt work
-quantum realm people are generic
-action is terrible shaky cam. I thought antman 2s chase sequence and a bunch if the action in 1 were great, ant man action sequences were missing

Kang saved this movie for me, his performance was great. Scott was fine even if this was his weakest performance of the 5 movies hes been in

I enjoyed every phase 4 movie more and in phase 3 all of then except 1. Peyton reed I think can still be given another chance but feige needs to remove the writer from kang dysnasty asap

The best joke in thr movie "at least I died an avenger" is a plot hole. Modok shouldnt even know any of them became avengers

The writing was weak

Wakanda forever was the last mcu movie. I cant think of one thing ant man 3 did better than wakanda forever. Hell shuri had more of an arc than scott lang

No. It was generic. A lot of straightforward words with no wit or soul from anybody...which is a missed opportunity having Paul Rudd and Douglas on your movie. The latter was sadly relegated to saying ants every other word he spoke.

Cassies acting sucked.

looool ok, if that's your biggest attack on the writing I can rest easy

She should've, but it's understandable. Especially the fear of admitting she had a chance to get back.

You know, other than the multiple times she was shown being anything but perfect.

Not really, not every movie needs a sad ending.

She honestly did. The cassie in endgame had a better moment and she was around for 30 seconds and said one word. Ms marvel, riri williams, america chavez and kate bishop are all better performances and characters

I kinda feel like he wasn't really trying. He wanted to make them suffer, not just kill them.

I thought it was pretty lame. Kang was ok, but honestly, outside of zapping some goons he didn't do much of anything either.

Kang vaporized the quantum people but the same blasts only push back ant man and co. No explanation, those suits are never established to have armor and kang has no reason to hold back on them. Literal plot armor

He never hit them with the vaporizing blasts.

He did. At least an identical looking blast that simply knocked them away from him. No explanation as what the difference was outside the ones that lived were the heroes.

It was a very weak MCU movie. Only Kang was good.

Nah he did. Its literally the same scene. Its odd that they did that, but its a minor issue.
