I remember way back in the day I recruited Star Paladin Cross, and she very stupidly freed a Super Mutant Behemoth to fight it (because the AI is stupid) and the damn thing just whacked her and crunched her in one hit. After that I never got any other followers --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. Started on: 12/1/2009 http://i.imgur.com/mPvcy.png ... Copied to Clipboard!

The first time I had a follower die on me, I reloaded the save, dismissed them, and never played with a follower again. I can't be bothered to keep that shit on my mind while fighting. Except Fawkes. They can die in fallout 1 and 2 too. Prob worse in those games because you can accidently shoot your companions during an action if they are next to the target lol. I'm in the same class that doesn't use a follower, same with games like Far Cry. They shouldn't perma-die, they should respawn at your house and need like 2 full days to recover and then they can be used again. --- "I'm tired of this city, all this toil and strife. Get Broken Steel installed before finding Dogmeat, then watch as he becomes nigh invulnerable and able to tank several mini nukes to the face without breaking a sweat.
