Sure he can be, but if Kirby was confirmed Town for instance then dumey is confirmed scum. No way scum shoots a role block on such a telegraphed action unless they are worried about it.

If Kirby isnt town then its possible that scum RB and killed JC at the same time for instance planning on claiming a block on Kirby

You're not getting claims until Red shows up, and that probably won't be for 30 hours, so best get cracking!

Though I'll admit, it's this logic that paints Dumey as the Scum. Scum HAD to RB him. Scum knows there is power with me/Ctes, but Kirby claimed the RB before Ctes's first post.

Dont think claim order matters at all. If Kirby is scum they know where the rb went.

also, sorry plum, I've been very wrong this game, it's not polite to say you're bad Town, just being worked over the same way others have.

But for someone who had a very loose reason to suspect me, and hasn't done too much more that I've seen, you also didn't respond about anything I said about you yesterday. Now that is odd.

If ctes doesnt claim at all I am convinced this has to be a con and Im voting Han. It is suspicious as hell you are still alive, I have basically never seen people write up nighttime walls as town, and you have posted tons without any of it actually going anywhere. Han has also not been showing the flashes of brilliance I often see in town Han where he deciphers when people are acting scummy because they dont know what they are doing rather than being scum.

Based on ctes claim then it would have to be figured out if this is a joint ploy by ctes and Han or if the scan was just wrong. Hans flip probably would help us figure that out.

So basically if the host confirmed every last role was vanilla I think its an easy Han lynch. The only thing stopping me is ctes is really sure he is town! But I am losing patience with that quickly.

At that point scum team is one of Kirby or Dumey, Han, and probably Ulti

I agree that Kirby looked bad for early posts d1. I didn't catch it at the time but on a reread i did. I even admitted to as much on day 3, i think.

But that doesn't mean i think Dumey necessarily looks good. I hoped to get something out of the interactions i had with him day 1 but honestly got nothing. When Ben said he was relying on me to tell him if this was scum Dumey or not, i even said i had no real clear read. Funny that he'd rely on me and not you, hmm? Since you just had a game with him as scum last game.

So it's pretty rich for you to say "i think you think Dumey looks bad because you're omgusing him subconsciously" when i have stated multiple times this entire game that i don't know how to read Dumey and have been pretty neutral on him overall.

Han, if you want to same time with red, then that works. I think that's a lot better than if he claims alone first.

And I was planning on saying who right away to prove myself, But now that evidence is only suggesting so far that star spirits are vanilla, I wonder if I even reveal who I scanned at all yet. I will of course not let this person ever claim their flavor before I reveal, God willing

I made a read of the gamestate from D1 to the start of D2. I've been operating off of very clear statements, given to explain things. This hasn't been some grand treasure adventure - it's been reading things as they come up and making logical decisions based on that.

And I've been doing things. Let me remind you of all of your posts from day 1:

"Somebody said something... null tell"
"The way person reacted is a null tell"
"Somebody voted someone... null tell"

I even called you out for it then. Which, by the way, wall at start of day? Null tell, apparently.

The problem is that we've also seen Town Plum be more considerate of things, and you've mostly, honestly, been lurking.

Given Kirby was going after Ben pretty hard if I recall correctly I think Dumey is the scum there yes.

Lea was shot because she was the closest to the truth Day 1. She was gunning for Ben. And later on in the day, she was gunning for Dumey, especially at end of day (and if Dumey flips Scum, this is all but confirmed).

Death being blind-shot implies he was scanned N1.

I don't need to explain N3.

The insistence that it's suspicious that I'm alive relies on suspending any knowledge of the game state.

Blind shot or blind scanned, the probabilities are actually better for hitting doc n2 with no other info assuming no scan. Why would they scan death over you?

At what point did he claim the scan on JC? I mean, this is something worth thinking about, sure. It could be that he wanted no attention drawn to Death so they could shoot him cleanly. JC had partial-claimed at that point.

I mean, keep this in mind - if Ben was expecting JC to claim Jack, then does Ben have the reaction he did? It doesn't matter - Ben's reaction was all Scum theater. He chose the fake-claim ahead of time. And once JC claimed Power, that was enough, if Scum believed Star Spirits were Vanilla all, to know JC wasn't a Star Spirit.

I realize that's dismissive, so let me reword that answer - any number of reasons. People on Scumteams LOVE to say "hue I read power from so-and-so" and stuff like that. Could be as simple as that. Simple as them thinking I don't have power based on how active I am. But otherwise, I just don't know.

Another one that feels like Scum/Town. If Kirby is on Scumteam with Ben, they probably make sure the exchange happens with both sides, and not Ben waiting for Kirby.

Just, having trouble seeing what Red's response would mean. That scan could imply anything. Really, it could go either way, with red being scummate. Or town that was scanned. Or, hell, independent. Perhaps the intention was to leave it vague at first, then he had to commit so he chose scummate red. Again, though, red could be innocent.
