The start menu is fine. Way better than 7's

The only real issue is no more taskbar labels and forced grouping

The labels on programs that are open on your taskbar, like the name of the file, folder, website, etc

Grouping is when you have multiple of a program open, they all exist on the same icon so you have to take an extra step to get to the window you want
