I do it while I'm working too. Always got one while I'm driving doin errands or working outside

I haven't smoked in probably two years. The elfbars are the way to go. I started getting the ones that 0 percent nicotine too

Cold turkey the best to go. getting through the 1st 3 days is the hardest part.

I quit everything cold turkey 6 months ago. About 2 months of hell, but the past few months have been bliss.

In the back of my mind I know ill get a big buzz after x amount of hours of not smoking. The psychology of addiction is so crazy. I dont want to die of lung cancer and I guess I want to be in better shape. idk.

Two packs a day?! Holy fuck! I think I only smoke something like 10 a day.

Oh and I will never quit as I enjoy them.

I don't get why people willingly smoke when they know how bad it is for their health.

My wife and I quit 6 years ago cold turkey. If we didnt have each other to help each other along, we would still be smoking today. First 3 weeks were absolute hell. We got this app where every day it said how your body was healing from not smoking. It would say like your lungs are starting to repair themselves at this point and this happens. It had a daily journal where we would have fun cursing out all of the triggers we had during the day. What was hilarious was my second week not smoking I get 2 vouchers from Newport (my brand) for 2 free packs. It really tested me

Even at my smokiest, I was never that bad. A standard pack of cigarettes always lasted me about two and a half days. Honestly kind of difficult for me to imagine smoking multiple full packs a day.

Get a vape, dude.

Not some ridiculous overkill neckbeard one. Just a basic one that does the job. It'll be way cheaper.

Oh like a whole ass box mod ha ha. Yeah glad that era is kind of a thing of the past. Have a buddy with an Aspire and it's just a massive tank of a vape. Nothing against him, but it is kind of extra.

I had one in the past and the only thing it achieved was ripping through juice ridiculously fast. Now I just have a Vaporesso Xros Mini and it does the job just as well, using far less liquid in the process.

A common mistake I see people make is trying to smoke the vape as if it's a joint rather than more like a cigarette. That usually provokes the reaction you describe.

I tried doing it like you would a cig, like 20 consecutive puffs, and that didn't work for me
