I got the software.

Notably, the issue removing the UI so it's just game capture from my switch, and getting audio to come through the discord stream without going through my headset

I've got an Elgato.

For the UI, I think if you right-click the capture you can "Hide Sidebar" or something that removes the UI.

Not 100% sure on the audio thing. I thought Discord streams muted their audio for the person streaming, precisely so that you don't get double audio.

The streaming application plays audio. If I hit the mute button, the audio won't play through the stream on discord

Hmm... It's been a while since I got mine so I haven't had to fiddle with settings in a while. Lemme see if I can figure something out.

EDIT: Under the Capture tab of settings, what's your Audio Input setting? Mine is HDMI Audio (Game Capture HD60 S). There's also Analog Audio (Game Capture HD60 S) for me. Obviously the stuff in parenthesis may vary depending on which card you've got, but if you're using Analog Audio, try swapping to HDMI Audio?

Yeah, HDMI audio is the only one that plays sound. If I click the mute icon it will stop playing the delayed sound through my headset, but then it won't play it on Discord either
