As someone who has marked some heinous nonsense: unless a moderator sees something in the wild getting things gone can take time. Odds are gunpla marked and got tired of waiting so she asked others to do the same. Even then I have severe doubts anyone else actually did as, as you said, nothing was visibly moddable so odds are it was a PM getting marked that did him in.

He's been banned multiple times specifically because he won't stop harassing her. Now he comes back on an alt and is still talking about the person he won't stop harassing. It's clear whatever time away from this websight he had before he created that alt didn't have the intended effect of getting him to stop harassing gunpla, so he got banned for it again. He's been told this pretty explicitly multiple times by many users and mods yet he still doesn't take the hint. Duncan shouldn't be pming gunpla, he shouldn't be talking to gunpla, he shouldn't be talking about gunpla.

You did harass her though (Calypso). You gave me a bunch of bullshit because I stuck up for her and that was why you and I had the issue that started the feud between us. Harassment isn't something where you pick and choose based off of seeing only a single interaction, it's a pattern of behavior over time. You're only looking at this one single comment where he simply says he doesn't like gunplagirl and leaving it at that. That comment actually exists within a wider history and context where he's talking shit about transgendered people, asking her very revealing comments about her genitals, and won't stop badmouthing her over a period of months or maybe years. The calypsodoom thing was you deciding to get on my case after I said a comment to her that she's said to myself before, then she had a breakdown and she started blaming me for stuff. I apologized to her, but I still don't think that was harassment considering she was responding to me in that topic over...and over. And I'm not good at not responding.
