Im more concerned with the opposite problem of one guy who aggressively shuts down conversation the minute it skews towards spoiler territory and blocking any users they find problematic, which is a problem when they end up creating half of the discussion topics every season.

AT's comment is only about bringing it up in unrelated threads, not threads where something is literally occurring.

The point is that just because someone admits to being a pedo doesnt mean they should go out fishing for it in topics where disagreement would lead someone to that loaded conclusion.

Again, its literally the same logic as her Avatar 2 topics implying people who watch this support white colonialism or the Rurouni Kenshin topic.

Yeah that user was literally talking about how they didn't mind pedophilia in the thread. Asking for clarification on that absolutely abysmal stance is okay. That's not harassment or baiting. Not that that user needed much baiting to go full into some extremely nuanced views.

If a user was in a topic implying being largely okay with the holocaust, it would not be baiting, harassment, or disruptive to ask for a specific clarification. Also everyone should mark that user.

Why is it that people from the West always think that their values and sensibilities are the correct ones, and others are usually wrong or disgusting in some way? They act as if the theirs are the universal truths, and everyone else is just doing it wrong. And if you point this out to them? Or even just bring up the facts of double standards, they just call you a weirdo or gross, and call it a day. Like, in this specific instance, all they had to do was age the characters up. The ages are already arbitrary, so why not?

I swear, in the 2000s and early 2010s, people werent so unreasonable in this subject. They didnt immediately try and act like there is some huge gap in difference between a 17 year old and an 18 year old. Nobody wants to hear it, but they still look, act, and think the same once they turn 18. So why are you treating them like theyre a 9 year old, and only ever in this instance? Its so strange. He thinks the meme about the age being revealed was laughing with them instead of at them. The actual rational reason to question the changes is that it seemed to include characters that are the same age as the 17 year old protagonist and the 11 year old, which is an understandable and proper change, is just a distraction from that but he's actually defending the 11 year old.
