According to the arrest warrant, the other guys seemed to have been deliberately doing this late at night and shooting high up on the windows and walls. Solomon Pena wasn't happy with that, so he decided to participate in one of the shootings himself. He wanted them to do it when people would be awake and walking around and actually aim for them.
