I know 50 Cent survived 9 nine shots but surely they weren't all to the torso like this dude. The guy was almost certainly gonna have a very painful last few minutes on earth before bleeding out. Of course it looks like an execution and complete overkill though. Even so, is there some kind of leeway given to the fact it's an incredibly intense situation where you'd imagine clarity of judgement is hard to maintain? Going for a kill shot when he was already grounded, throwing what was left of his drink on him, and leaving before the cops arrived all look really bad when combined together. I still hope the court understands that the shooter was initially well intentioned and did what he did to protect others but it doesn't look good.
