This movie was really good. I liked the guardians movies and I had been meaning to watch this. The MCU got me but the DCEU always let me down, now that its ending Im just watching the good stuff. James Gunn being the guy to restart rhe DCU has me hyped and I'll be there.

I thought this movie was in line with the guardians movies. More violent but the guardians movies had the more crazy environments and settings. Every member was a standout, bloodsport kicks ass, DC used idris better than marvel did (though he eventually became good there too)

I still dont get why DC allowed one movie to be called "Suicide squad" and the other to be called "The Suicide squad", especially when the crappier one came out first

Excited to see Peacemaker next

I do think the rock was the better wrestler and performer back in the day

Not enough Jared Leto.

I was so skeptical when the all praise was coming out, but then I watched it a few months ago and it really was great. Only bad part was their insistence on that garbage excuse for a character and actress harlot quinn.

It's sad that the bad movie made a ton of money at the box office and this movie made next to nothing at the box office

Getting rebooted after the next set of movies

Shared universes are harder than people admit apparently as only one company has really done it

The Suicide Squad is the only decent movie in the entire DCEU, and Peacemaker is better. James Gunns humor is hit or miss for me, but at least he can tell a story. I am really excited to see what he can do when he is building a whole universe

It is the most excited i have been for dc in a while. He was under Feige for a bit. Im guessing he picked up stuff

Do you guys recommend the other suicide squad movies?

I have to say, usually I hate big cgi final boss fights but Starro was great, his last line was kind of sad too

Both Cena and Batista are better actors than The Rock

You're gonna love Peacemaker. I was hesitant as I wasn't sold on the character from The Suicide Squad, but he has so much more depth to uncover. The supporting cast is great too, especially as you slowly get to know them.

She just felt unnecessary. You could cut her from the movie entirely and nothing of value would have been lost.

I liked it, but honestly, Peacemaker felt so much better, that it completely overshadowed it for me.

Now watch the solo Harley flick. Shit was great, damn shame it wont get a sequel.

Its great, not as good as suicide but still. If you enjoyed Harley in either movie youll enjoy this solo film.

John Cena is actually the best of the 3 wrestlers to come into acting. Better than the Rock and Bautista.

I finished the first episode of peacemaker. That was awesome

James gunn is the man. Hes 4/4 for me (guardians 1/2, holiday special, suicide squad), if peace maker stays as good itll be 5/5

Dc did right in making him the head and im looking forward to the dc-verse he crafts

No, Id rather him start fresh and go from the ground up. Having to bandaid the existing dcu isnt working. Theres just a stigma around the brand
