Im like forcing myself to just stack protein. Im gonna have to start double scooping protein shakes. That sounds so expensive lol

lets say breakfast is like 20 grams of protein. Post workout meal is ground Turkey, broccoli, and Ive been throwing eggs on top of it just for more protein lol. protein shake.thats like 50 grams for lunch.

Then maybe another 30 for dinner? Thats barely like 100. I need to be taking like 200. Any tips?

You only listed 3 meals, so eat more meals than that. And 30 g of protein, while a good amount, isn't a crazy amount of protein that's hard to obtain. That's basically just a slice of salmon. Just eat 30-50 g meals 4-6 times a day and you're good.

Salmon and tuna packets are cheap and are low in calories and high in protein.
Just down a few of those a day between meals.

got it, my problem is I guess to tend to eat three bigger meals. Maybe Ill just start supplementing protein shakes every couple hours. Maybe using double scoop twice to three times a day

I'd recommend getting your diet down from solid food first and then when you have that locked in use protein to supplement here and there.

Eggs or egg beaters in the morning is an easy way to get 40-50g for breakfast.

Double scoop protein shake is 50g.

Eat an 8 Oz chicken breast for another meal, thats 40g.

8 Oz of ground beef for dinner is another 48g.

Casein protein shake before bed is 20g.

Toss in another chicken breast or ground beef or fish filet meal for a snack if you need more.
